Invite us as a vendor

If you're putting on a farmers market, festival, truck meet, car show, school fair, or any community gathering, we'd love to be part of it. We set up our booth, sell mini-stacks directly to attendees, and bring the family-on-the-grill energy that draws a line.

What we bring

  • Mini-pancake griddle and prep table
  • Toppings, drizzles, batter, all serviceware
  • Friendly bros and a clean booth setup
  • Branded signage, blue checkered paper, the whole vibe

What we need from your venue

  • 10 by 10 booth space
  • One standard outlet within reach (we bring a generator if not)
  • Access to water if the event runs more than 4 hours
  • Loading area for setup

How it works

We work with whatever your standard vendor terms are: free vending, flat vendor fee, percentage of sales, whatever it is. Tell us about your event in the form below and we'll figure it out together.

Two weeks notice is ideal. Shorter turnarounds possible if a weekend is open.

The usual questions

What's the smallest private event you'll do?
Our Starter Stack package covers 30 guests with a 1.5 hour service window. If you're looking for something smaller or shorter, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
How does the market / festival side work?
We pay your standard vendor fee (or vend free, if that's how you run it) and sell directly to attendees. No service charge from us to you. Just tell us your terms.
How far do you travel?
Greater Houston metro is the sweet spot. For private events, travel fees are: within 15 miles ($20), 15 to 30 miles ($40), 30+ miles ($60). Added to your total.
What kinds of events do you do?
Birthdays, graduations, baby showers, school events, corporate events, farmers markets, festivals, truck meets, car shows, pop-ups, community fairs. Sweet treats only, cash and card.
How does payment work?
For private events, a $100 non-refundable deposit secures your date and the balance is due the week of the event. Markets and festivals work on the organizer's standard vendor terms.
What if it rains?
We can pop a canopy. If the event is canceled by the venue or weather, we work with you on a reschedule.
