What started as a small family idea quickly turned into a full team effort. The "Bros" are Judy and Eddie's three boys, and each one plays a part in making the magic happen. Dad keeps the grill hot, cooking fresh mini pancakes made to order. Mom handles the behind-the-scenes hustle: customers, social media, planning, and keeping everything running smoothly. Big Bro adds the toppings and drizzles. Middle Bro helps take orders. Little Bro brings the cuteness and fun energy to the booth.

Founded in Crosby, Texas in 2026, Mini Stack Bros was built for local markets, pop-ups, festivals, truck meets, and community events across the Houston area. We're proud to be family-owned and operated, focusing on creating a fun experience for every customer who stops by.
